About the Campaign
The Chronicle described it as a rare act of heroism. Portia was able to save her baby and her little sister through her courage and quick thinking. Unfortunately though, she lost everything she has worked so hard for in the blaze.
Her baby has no clothes, food or nappies. We are fundraising to help Portia get back on her feet. Please please help this brave woman who is a working mother has never had to beg for help. She has taken care of her loved ones, but right now she needs as much assistance as we can give her. No amount is to small. She needs items and food for her, the baby and her sister. They need beds and bedding and will need to find a new place to stay.
