About the Campaign
HELP US BUILD A SAFE HOME AND A FUTURE FOR OUR CHILDREN
My nane is Rosemary.I’m a 57 years old widow living in Zimbabwe.I’m trying to make a living through my small handcraft business, selling African- clothing and hand – made products.
Life has not been easy for me.My husband passed away many years ago,and I still do not have my own home.I currently rent a small room, with little furniture, but despite my own struggles, there is something that weighs heavenly on my heart. My four sisters passed away and left children behind Many of the children grew up without the opportunity to attend school school properly. Some are now struggling to survive, and the younger children desperately need help with school fees, uniforms, books and basic necessities.
I can not accommodate them because I do not have a home of my own I dream of having a small piece of land where we can build a safe and simple shelter for vulnerable children and struggling family members – a place where children can have somewhere safe to stay and where we can support them to attend school.
One of my nieces was a teacher at a private school and was the breadwinner in her family. Two years ago,she suffered a stroke.Since then, her life has changed completely..She is struggling physically and financially and needs physiotherapy to help with he recovery.I would like to be able to to accompany and support her in getting the treatment she needs.
THE FIRST STEP:LAND
There is a small piece of land in a rural area available for approximately US$700.Obtaining this land would be the first step toward my dream.
My vision is to eventually build a modest shelter where vulnerable children can have a safe place receive help with their education and where struggling family members can find support I know this is a big dream for one woman but I believe a big dream can begin with a small piece of land
HOW YOU CAN HELP: Any contribution no matter how small, can make a difference.Your Support can help us
.Raise US$700 to secure the land
.Help children with school fees and school supplies.
.Provide uniforms and basic necessities.
Support my niece with physiotherapy after her stroke.
.Begin building a simple shelter as funds become available.
Create a small foundation of hope for children who have struggled without support.I am not asking for help because I have given up .I am asking for help because I want to keep trying I am working through my Handcraft business and doing what I can,but I can not achieve this dream alone. If you can not donate please share this campaign.Obe person may see it and decide to help us take the first step. Every dollar, every share and every prayer matters
Help me turn a small piece of land into a place of hope
Thank you for taking the time to hear our story and for helping us give these children a chance at a better future
With gratitude
