Hasha Seine Maringe is a Zimbabwean ICT strategist, social technopreneur, policy advocate, and nonprofit leader who serves as the Founder and President of the Information and Communication Technology Association of Zimbabwe (ICTAZ). Passionate about using technology as a catalyst for sustainable development, he has dedicated his career to advancing digital inclusion, digital literacy, innovation, and responsible technology adoption across underserved communities. Through his leadership, he has collaborated with government, academia, development partners, and the private sector to champion initiatives that bridge the digital divide, empower young people and educators with digital skills, and promote emerging technologies as drivers of economic growth and social transformation. Hasha believes that everyone, regardless of their background or location, deserves the opportunity to benefit from the digital economy, and he is committed to building resilient, digitally empowered communities where technology creates opportunity, fosters innovation, and improves lives.
